Ringana Academy is the company's official learning platform. It's available in Spanish and covers everything you need to know to get started and grow as a Partner.
It's free, online, and self-paced. There's no fixed schedule and no mandatory live classes. You log in whenever you want and learn at your own pace.

How much time does it take?

RUNs — Training retreats
In-person, intensive training experiences that unlock when you reach certain milestones. Several days of personalized coaching, business workshops and connecting with other Partners from all over Europe.
RUN3, RUN5, RUN8 and RUN10 are the main milestones of the Ringana partner journey.
Summits — Company trips
Ringana rewards performance with trips to amazing destinations. Some of the places visited: Mexico, South Africa. If you meet the qualification criteria, Ringana pays for the trip.
They're a real motivator and proof that the company invests in its high-performing Partners.
The event of the year
RINGANA Convention
Ringana's biggest annual event. The latest launches, expansion plans, meeting international Partners and the legendary party. It's the most powerful source of inspiration and motivation of the year for any Partner.
