What is a solar return?
The solar return is the astrological chart for the exact moment the Sun returns to the same degree and minute it occupied when you were born — in other words, your exact birthday. It shows us the energies and themes that will shape your life over the next twelve months.
It's like a map of your year that tells us where to put your focus and attention, which areas of your life will be most active, what lessons this period will bring and how to make the most of the energies available to you.
The solar return is always read together with the birth chart, so it's best to have worked with yours beforehand.
